EVERY SAINT HAS A PAST

Every Saint Has a Past is a self-portraiture project inspired by the female Catholic saints. Each image depicts a different Saint using symbolism and imagery associated with them to tell their stories in a positive light. The positive aspects of their stories are often overlooked, however, they all acted in a way that is empowering for all women, religious or not.
